Job Description
The First Law is actively looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to manage customer interactions and ensure optimal client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address inquiries and effectively resolve complaints.
