We are seeking a qualified Administrative Accountant to enhance our campus operations and oversee financial management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, handle calls, and address visitor inquiries.
• Assist with admissions and maintain student records.
• Keep financial records up to date, including invoicing, expenses, and reporting.
• Support payroll processing, budgeting, and audits.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to policy compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Relevant administrative/accounting experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
