We are seeking a qualified Administrative Accountant to enhance campus operations and oversee financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and address visitor inquiries
- Support admissions processes and facilitate student communications
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and reporting
- Assist with payroll, budgeting, and audit preparations
- Ensure confidentiality of data and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in an educational institution preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
