Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. You will assist the HR Manager with policy implementation, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration; maintain HRIS data.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decisions.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and support relations matters.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Knowledge of labor law and HRIS is preferred.
