Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is currently looking for a Senior IT Support Officer to strengthen our IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems, providing daily user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing the latest strategies for efficient laptop and desktop deployments. Additional duties will include managing IT inventory and configuring both network and local printers.
Applicants should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities. A graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
