Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is currently seeking a Global Support Manager to provide essential administrative and office management support to the Senior Program Manager and GM of Donor Journey Services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication among team members and country partners while actively supporting global fundraising initiatives.
Key responsibilities include nurturing relationships with Country Partners, ensuring prompt fund requests and accurate financial records, enhancing team communication standards, and managing donor inquiries efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for individuals possessing 3-4 years of relevant experience.
