Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) invites applications for the position of Assistant Project Manager, specializing in construction and maintenance oversight. In this role, you will supervise on-site activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and address post-construction challenges. Essential duties include performing quality assurance, executing projects according to design specifications, conducting land surveys, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate excellent budget management skills and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the building construction sector.
