Job Description
The Avicenna Education System is on the lookout for a motivated, well-organized, and communicative Female Admission Officer to strengthen our admissions team. This position is ideal for those with a passion for education who thrive on engaging with prospective students and families while upholding professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and process student admission applications
- Provide accurate information to prospective students and their parents
- Organize and participate in admission events
- Maintain student records and documentation
- Coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Follow up on inquiries to optimize enrollment
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; prior admissions or customer service experience preferred; exceptional communication skills are essential.
