Job Description
Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is looking for a qualified HR and Payroll Executive to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance management
- Payroll processing
- Overtime, advances, and leave administration
- Proficiency in Excel and Word (HRIS is preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 70,00 per month, along with attractive benefits. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
