Job Description
Texitech is on the lookout for a committed Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will take on the following responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, while providing accurate and timely responses.
- Effectively resolving customer complaints while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Logging all customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products to offer comprehensive support and guidance.
Qualifications: Inter/B.A./B.COM
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role.
