Job Description
Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the United States, is actively seeking a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Spanish, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, while familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk is a plus. A positive attitude is a must.
Location: DHA, Lahore
Working Hours: Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM, 5 days a week)
