Job Description
TecNex Solutions, a prominent BPO/Call Center specializing in US-based campaigns, is actively seeking a motivated HR Manager for our Rawalpindi office. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and working closely with the CEO to fulfill staffing needs within our call center.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include the ability to navigate start-up challenges, availability for on-site work at Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi, and accommodating night shifts from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Experience in mass hiring is essential.
