Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Specialists to join our team in the F.B. Area Block 10, Karachi. This full-time, onsite position requires working a 9-hour shift between 6 PM and 6 AM, six days a week.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to international clients, efficiently resolving inquiries, maintaining accurate records in our CRM systems, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer support experience, excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, familiarity with CRM tools, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Compensation ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
Please note: Applicants must be willing to work the night shift.
