Job Description
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday

We are looking for a Junior Female HR Executive to support our core HR functions. The ideal candidate will help maintain employee records, manage daily attendance, and assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Monitor daily attendance
- Assist in recruitment efforts
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
- Draft various HR documents
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
