Job Description
Tech Revolution is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to source, attract, and hire exceptional talent to meet our staffing requirements. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through various job boards and networking efforts.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.
- Oversee the recruitment process up to offer negotiations.
- Promote and uphold the company’s employer brand.
