Job Description
Tech Plugin Call Connect is looking for a skilled and proactive Transport Manager to lead our transportation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning efficient routes, organizing driver schedules, and providing extensive support to both our customers and drivers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize transportation routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage driver schedules to ensure optimal coverage and regulatory compliance.
- Provide on-road assistance to customers and drivers.
- Quickly identify and address operational challenges.
- Maintain clear communication regarding any route changes or delays.
- Utilize logistics management systems for operational oversight and performance reporting.

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
