Job Description
Tanzeela Abid is seeking a motivated Logistic Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries from our customer support and compliance teams, as well as managing courier exceptions and tracking delayed parcels. Additionally, you will oversee claims for lost items in transit and maintain our claims reports.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills.
