Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee CRM systems and targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive communications.
- Track campaign performance and maintain data compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management.
