Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Junior CRM Consultant to elevate our customer relationship management strategies. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing CRM solutions tailored to meet our business objectives, integrating systems seamlessly, and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: You will design and implement CRM solutions, work collaboratively with stakeholders, analyze customer data, develop effective workflows, and offer training and support.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of CRM experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, as well as knowledge of integration tools and analytics platforms, is essential.
