Job Description
System360 is actively seeking technically proficient individuals with strong interpersonal abilities for the role of IT Support Engineer.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain networking systems.
- Conduct regular network security assessments.
- Troubleshoot network issues collaboratively.
- Ensure efficient operation of networking equipment.
- Develop network policies to optimize performance.
- Monitor network performance to adapt to business needs.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
Experience:
- 3-4 years in network engineering.
- Familiarity with VOIP solutions (preferably 3CX).
- Competency in Windows environments.
- Strong English communication skills.
