Job Description
About the Role: Sysinn is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR to join our team and support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 months of experience and be ready to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining employee records and responding to basic employee inquiries.
- Coordinating training sessions and facilitating HR meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions along with strong communication skills.
