Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Sybrid Lahore. This position involves managing outbound calls and ensuring excellent customer service.
Salary Range: $35,00 per month (plus performance-based incentives)
Benefits: Medical coverage, Group life insurance, EOBI
Requirements: Good English speaking skills.
Job Duties:
- Professionally answer calls
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service information
- Process orders and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Coordinate with departments for follow-ups
- Generate and follow up on business leads
After six months: You will be eligible for medical coverage and group life insurance.
Requirements
