Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Manager to lead our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project oversight and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security measures.
- Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide staff training.
- Ensure strict adherence to security policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Retired Major or Lieutenant Commander from the Pakistan Army, Navy, or PAF with a minimum of 25 years of service.
- Strong expertise in security management and proficiency in MS Office.
