Job Description

We are seeking a professional HR Executive to support HR operations at our manufacturing facility. This role will manage recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and HR documentation to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record keeping.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and daily HR operations.
• Handle employee relations, inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations; strong communication and organizational skills.
