Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office Support Staff member to help maintain a professional and organized office environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness of the office, including the kitchen and restrooms, preparing and serving beverages to staff and visitors, and assisting with document management such as photocopying and filing. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering documents and supplies, monitoring office supplies, supporting office equipment maintenance, and managing phone calls.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, along with a solid understanding of guest service etiquette. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
