Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall aesthetic of The Mall. This critical role ensures that our housekeeping team upholds exceptional quality standards while maintaining a safe and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the housekeeping staff, including recruitment and training.
- Establish and uphold cleaning protocols and standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the development and oversight of the housekeeping budget.
- Promptly address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Create training programs to elevate staff performance.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in housekeeping is necessary, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
