Job Description
Star Fabrics is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations. The role involves administering HR policies, managing recruitment and selection, improving hiring processes, monitoring HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), overseeing attendance and payroll, maintaining HRIS and employee records, handling grievances, conducting exit interviews, setting objectives for the HR team, reviewing departmental budgets, and ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) and have 8–10 years of progressive HR experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary range of Rs100,00–Rs120,00 per month.
