Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Spectrum inbound services team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries, assist with billing, troubleshooting, and provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls regarding Spectrum services.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
