Job Description
We seek a Senior Client Support Associate to deliver exceptional client service as the primary contact for key accounts and to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Manage escalations and troubleshoot technical and service-related problems.
- Coordinate timely cross-functional responses and maintain accurate account records.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.
Requirements: minimum 3 years in client support or account management, excellent written and verbal communication, CRM proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
