Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sovereign Services in the BPO industry. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting the right talent to fulfill our clients’ staffing needs. Strong communication skills and experience in customer service are preferred.
Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Ideal candidates must excel in multitasking and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
