Job Description
South Punjab Hospital Multan seeks a proactive, full-time on-site Canteen Manager to oversee daily canteen operations serving patients, staff, and visitors. The manager will ensure strict hygiene, high food quality, timely service, and supervise kitchen and service teams.
- Plan menus with dietitians; control inventory, procurement, and waste reduction.
- Manage budgeting, cash and digital transactions, equipment maintenance, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Address feedback and ensure compliance with food safety and hospital dietary standards.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree, minimum one year of food service management experience (healthcare preferred), strong leadership and organizational skills, and knowledge of food safety protocols.
