Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Medical Call QA Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating inbound and outbound calls related to our medical campaign, ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will verify lead authenticity and maintain accurate records, while also identifying opportunities for improvement in call handling and service delivery. Providing constructive feedback and conducting training sessions will be essential to address performance gaps and encourage continuous improvement.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
