Job Description
Source Code Academia is looking for a dedicated full-time Roster Manager to enhance scheduling efficiency and reporting within our department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing roster creation, directing class activities, and ensuring teacher coordination, while also addressing IT-related issues and overseeing invoice management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and management of student and teacher rosters.
- Organization of class schedules and academic events.
- Coordination of teacher availability and assignments.
- Acting as the primary contact for IT-related concerns.
- Monitoring and managing invoice processes.
- Addressing student inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
