Job Description
Sonitech (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Outbound Call Center Representative and Social Media Handler for an Australian-Based Company Project with over nine years of successful operations.
Work Hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (PST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to engage potential customers.
- Manage inquiries across various social media platforms.
- Effectively maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive engagement.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound call centers.
- Familiarity with social media and CRM tools is preferred.
Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
