Job Description
We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Tele Sales Executive, specializing in the promotion and sale of solar inverters, panels, and comprehensive solar solutions through phone interactions. In this pivotal role, you will engage in lead generation, connect with customers, offer product consultations, and successfully close sales while building enduring client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to sell solar products
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Follow up and successfully close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Stay informed on the latest market trends
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month plus commission
Job Type: Full-time
This position is open to all candidates, including fresh graduates with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
