Job Description
SmartTalent is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Your key responsibilities will include audience targeting, collaborating with creative teams, and continuously monitoring campaign performance to ensure effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in e-commerce.
