Job Description
SmartTalent is looking for an enthusiastic Manager of Customer Experience to oversee our dynamic, high-volume omnichannel support team, which operates across voice, email, chat, and social media platforms. In this role, you will enhance team performance and ensure exceptional customer journeys during peak sales events and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
– 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce customer service.
– Demonstrated leadership in customer experience teams and operations.
– Strong analytical skills, including CSAT, NPS, FCR, AHT, and TAT.
– A passion for coaching and attaining operational excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00/month
