Job Description
SMA Engineering & Services is in search of an experienced Quantity Surveyor who holds a Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering and possesses 5–8 years of experience in building construction, particularly on government projects from the contractor’s perspective.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Submitting Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
- Creating Variation Orders (VOs) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Conducting quantity verification and site measurements.
- Collaborating with on-site and technical teams.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills.
- The capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
