Job Description
Skylink Distributions (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Help Desk Officer to join our team in Clifton Block 4, Karachi. This full-time position is open to female candidates with an educational background ranging from Intermediate to Graduate. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include answering national and international calls, greeting visitors in accordance with established protocols, maintaining logs for visitors, calls, and attendance, and efficiently filing data and updating records. Additionally, the Help Desk Officer will perform reception duties, uphold structured documentation under HR supervision, and complete tasks assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, is required.
