Job Description
SKC JAPAN Karachi is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Support Representative to serve the East Caribbean market. Evening shift: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM PKT. The role converts inbound and outbound leads into vehicle sales, delivers phone/chat/email support, manages post-sale care, and resolves customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Experience: 3–4 years in sales or customer support; comfortable interacting with international clients and working evenings.
- Position: Full-time, in-person; weekends off.
- Compensation & benefits: Base salary Rs50,00–Rs100,00/month plus high commission, complimentary dinner during shift, and a collaborative environment.
