Job Description
Simcoe IT seeks a full-time, office-based Customer Service Representative for a US recruitment campaign in Faisalabad (near Misaqul Mall). Night shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary PKR 30,00–50,00 plus $160 recurring commission per placement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong English, minimum 2 years’ experience on international/US campaigns; recruitment/staffing experience preferred. Duties include sourcing and screening candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment, maintaining the ATS, scheduling interviews, and coordinating teams. In-person attendance is required. Please confirm you are comfortable with night shifts and fluent in English.
