Job Description
Simcoe IT is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives within the Banking and Insurance sector. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services, coupled with a proven history of managing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the banking or insurance sectors.
