Job Description
Simcoe IT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Success Associate to join our team. This full-time position, based in Civic Center Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, operates from 6 PM to 3 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in client success or account management, with preference given to those with a background in the US, Australia, or Canada.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is a must.
As the main point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, conducting regular check-ins, and providing training on our tools.
