Job Description
Sigma Digital Solutions is currently looking for a dynamic HR Assistant for the morning shift. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with experience in technical recruitment and effective teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and conducting background checks
- Managing employee records and daily HR operations
- Supporting performance management and training development programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Shift timings are from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
Location: F-5/1, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad
