Job Description
SIAR Digital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions to ensure quality compliance, providing actionable feedback and coaching to customer service agents, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive evaluation reports for management, develop training materials to enhance service quality, and support our customer experience strategies by resolving complex customer inquiries and issues. Familiarity with our products is essential to perform effectively in this position.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi, Pakistan
