Job Description
SIAR Digital is excited to announce an open position for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor customer service interactions to ensure they meet compliance and quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work closely with management to implement effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records and generate reports on quality assessments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within Customer Service roles.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
