Job Description

Shafaq n Kami Salon is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to represent our brand and ensure an exceptional experience for every client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell our salon services while maintaining accurate customer records and following up as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Promote and sell salon services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• A minimum of 2 years of tele-sales or call center experience preferred.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Positive and professional attitude with a focus on solutions.
