Job Description
Lead day-to-day operations of a retail pharmacy branch, ensuring exceptional patient care, prescription accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient inventory control. Supervise pharmacists and technicians, manage staffing and schedules, implement standard operating procedures, and conduct staff training and performance reviews. Oversee vendor relations, loss prevention, budgets, and sales targets to optimize financial and operational performance.
- Active pharmacist license and 3+ years of pharmacy experience
- Proven leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and familiarity with pharmacy management systems
