Job Description
Service Transport Company is looking for a committed HR Assistant to aid in the development and implementation of various HR initiatives and systems. This full-time position involves participating in the recruitment process, managing hiring activities, and monitoring employee performance and attendance.
Furthermore, the HR Assistant will offer guidance on disciplinary matters, maintain open communication with employees, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all employee information.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
