Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve both individual and group objectives.
- Perform market research and analyze sales data to drive performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth.
Eligibility:
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or the food industry.
- At least 8 years of experience in the oil and ghee sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
